KICKBOXING SCAN
A one-on-one look at your technique. Not training harder, but smarter and technically better.
Stuck on certain points?
You have been training for a while. You join the bag sessions, technique classes or regularly train on the pads. And still you may notice that you get stuck on certain points.
You know your guard could be better. You feel yourself losing balance on some kicks. Your combinations do not always flow, or your footwork still feels a little restless.
In a group class you get pointers of course, but there simply is not always enough time to look at your technique in real depth.
That is exactly what the Kickboxing Scan is for
During this one-on-one session we focus entirely on you. Not just an hour of hitting pads or wearing yourself out, but a targeted look at where you can make technical gains.
It is often the small things that suddenly make a technique feel much better. Maybe you stand just a little too heavy on your front leg. You do not rotate your hip enough. Your hand comes back too slowly after a punch. Or you plant your feet wrong after a combination.
Things you often do not even notice yourself.

Do you want to not only know what could be better, but actually change it in your technique? Then we recommend the three-session track. In the first session we find where your biggest gains are. In the following sessions we build on that and make sure the adjustments start to feel natural while you are kickboxing.
Separate sessions cost 3 × €110 = €330.

The Kickboxing Scan is mainly intended for people who already have some kickboxing experience and notice:
- that they want to take a technical step forward;
- that they keep running into the same small mistakes;
- that they would like a bit more personal attention than a group class allows;
- that certain techniques still do not feel right;
- or that they are simply curious where they can make the most progress right now.
You absolutely do not need to be a competition fighter. Especially if you kickbox recreationally and think: “I just want to learn this properly”, this is for you.
Not necessarily training harder. But smarter and technically better.
